NEW PRODUCT
  1. Proof of purchase-your receipt
  2. New product unopened (and not paid with check) can be returned for full credit within 7 days of item (an) item purchase in original form of funds. If unopened product was purchased with a check, store credit will be given.

USED PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

If product is new and defective you have 7 days to exchange it for exact item. Store credit will be issued if product is not in stock, after 1 week you must revert to manufactures warranty. On used product with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase, defective item will be exchange for exact item, if item is not in stock, store credit will be issued, not cash! The Game Zone will not replace or provide store credit for item(s) damaged by misuse and / abuse, normal wear and tear, and / or failure to follow product directions.

NO RETURNS OF USED OR OPEN PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE IT-ONLY FOR TRADE IN VALUE.

Xbox 360 Repair Policy


THREE RED LIGHTS:
-ALSO KNOWN AS THE “RED RING OF DEATH”

  1. There is No Guarantee when we repair the system, whether we can fix it or can’t fix it.
  2. You, as the customer, must understand that when we attempt to repair the system we void any warranty that you have with the system.
  3. After opening the system you eliminate the ability of sending it to Microsoft so they can repair it.
  4. You, as the customer, must understand when you leave the system with us there is a slim chance that we are unable to repair it. It is a chance that you are willing to take by having us repair it.
  5. If we are unable to fix it there is a $20.00 fee for opening the system.

FIXING THE DRIVE:
  1. We are able to replace the disc drive inside the Xbox 360.
  2. We do offer a 30 day warranty with the work performed. This includes only the new drive that we install if anything else we to go wrong we do not cover that.
  3. You, as the customer, must understand that to repair the problem we must open the system, by doing this we void any warranty you have with Microsoft. If something were to happen to the system later on we are not responsible for it.


ONE RED LIGHT:

  1. If your system is flashing one red light this is a motherboard issue inside the system. We are unable to repair this problem. The only way to get this taken care is by calling Microsoft and filing a claim with to get it repaired.

TWO RED LIGHTS:

  1. If your system is flashing two red lights it is the systems way of telling you that it is overheating. You must unplug the system and let it cool completely down before turning it back on.
  2. To avoid this make sure the system is well ventilated, that it is not in an enclosed space and that it is well maintained.

FOUR RED LIGHTS:
  1. This simply means that your AV cables are not plugged in all the way.
